Description

Conditions of Entry:

  • Additions, withdrawals, substitutions and/or variations the advertised routes, prices and departure times for the Skywalk may be changed without prior notice.
  • All guests of the Skywalk are required to arrive and check in onsite 5-10 minutes prior to the advertised departure time on their E-ticket. Arrival after this time may result in non-admittance for the Skywalk, without refund.
  • Participant must hold a valid E-ticket. Entry may be refused if E-tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or not purchased from an authorized point of sale.
  • Guests must be 10 years of age or over, be of sound mind and in good health. One paying adult over 18 years of age must accompany every two participants between the ages of 10 and 16 years inclusive.

Declaration Form:

All guests will be required to sign a declaration form which includes, but is not limited to, statements that:

  • The participant does not suffer from any medical conditions that prevent the participant undertaking the Skywalk.
  • The participant enters the Skywalk's premises and participates in the Skywalk at their own risk.
  • Please Note: Participants will not be permitted to participate in the Skywalk if their Blood Alcohol Concentration 0.05% or greater or if they are under the influence of drugs (legal or illegal). We reserve the right to perform a breath test on all participants. Should a person refuse to be breath tested then they will also be refused permission to participate, without refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any person, for whatever reason, participation in the Skywalk, in our absolute discretion, whether or not they have previously purchased a ticket.
  • Participants will be supplied with equipment to use during the Skywalk without which they will not be permitted to participate in the Skywalk.
  • Participants are not permitted to take any other items onto the Skywalk other than those supplied by Skywalk. Excluded are items such as cameras, camcorders, audio equipment, pagers, mobile phones, handbags and any other items of personal nature. (Lockers are provided for storage of these items).
  • All participants must obey the directions and instructions of Team Members, must not disturb other participants or interfere with the Team Member's ability to conduct the attraction in a safe and secure manner and must not damage, deface or remove any part of the attraction or any equipment being used.
  • Photographs purchased from or supplied by Skywalk retain the copyright by Skywalk and may only be used or reproduced by the purchaser or recipient for private or domestic purposes, and must not be used for any supplier's products or services, without prior written permission of Skywalk.
  • No smoking is permitted on Skywalk premises.
  • We reserve the right to inspect any bags or containers brought onto the Skywalk premises.
  • Skywalk tickets are non-refundable.
  • Skywalk will not proceed should we decide that the weather makes the participation in Skywalk unsafe, or for any other reason, at the absolute discretion of Skywalk.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Skywalk excludes liability and will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from or connected with the Skywalk, no matter how that loss, damage or injury is caused.
  • Skywalk is not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from or incidental to any delay in a scheduled Skywalk taking place.
  • We will provide lockers and storage spaces for the safekeeping of valuables, smaller bags and luggage. We, however request that valuables are not brought into the attraction and we accept no responsibility for any loss through theft, breakage or otherwise, if valuables are brought onto the premises.
  • Dusk and Night Skywalk departure times will vary throughout the year depending on the the season.

Medical Conditions:

All guests will be required to sign a declaration form which includes, but is not limited to, statements that:

  • The participant does not suffer from any medical conditions that prevent the participant undertaking the Skywalk, including, but not limited to:
    • Vertigo
    • Fear of Heights
    • Epilepsy
    • Dizziness
    • Limb or back injury
    • Angina or other heart condition
    • Severe or uncontrolled asthma
    • Visual impairment or depression
    • Is not pregnant
    • Is not recovering from recent injury.
  • The participant enters the Skywalk's premises and participates in the Skywalk at their own risk.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Do Skywalks depart in all weather conditions? -- Skywalks depart every day of the week, all year (except Christmas Day). They run in all weather conditions (except lightning), as you are supplied with an all-weather Skysuit. From your lofty viewpoint, Sydney is still beautiful, even on a grey day.

How long will the Skywalk take? -- Each Skywalk takes approximately 45 minutes. This includes safety briefing, suit-up & your elevator journey to the top of the Tower.

What should I wear on my Skywalk? -- You should wear comfortable clothing & shoes suitable for walking. Preferably wear enclosed shoes with no open toes, that offer support & grip. You will be provided with an all-weather Skysuit to protect from the elements, as well as beanie, gloves & rain-jacket if required. The Skysuit is worn over your own clothing. For safety reasons, no loose items can be taken onto Skywalk. Guests with eye-glasses & sun-glasses will be provided with an attachment to secure them.

Can I take my camera on Skywalk? -- No, as no loose items can be taken on Skywalk, including cameras, camcorders and mobile phones. Your guide will take photos for you which will be available to purchase at the end of your Skywalk, from the Skyshop on Podium Level. You can purchase printed copies or a CD of images.

What will I do with my valuables? -- Lockers are provided to keep your valuables secure, including handbags, cameras, mobile phones & loose coins. These are big enough to fit only a small back-pack. We are unable to safely store larger backpacks or suitcases.

Are there any age restrictions? -- Skywalkers must be a minimum of 10 years old, to ensure the Skysuit & safety harness fit securely.

Is Skywalk wheelchair accessible? -- Yes, Skywalk is wheelchair accessible.

Are there any health restrictions? -- Skywalkers must sign a declaration form that states you do not suffer from any medical conditions that prevent you from comfortably and safely completing your Skywalk.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change policy

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
